SHIPPING POLICY

  1. We request you to provide your full address at the time of order with the zip/pin code and phone number (where we can reach you)
  2. We use credible and reliable carriers: DTDC/Professional for domestic orders and DHL for international orders.
  3. Who deliver within 4-7 working days (post-dispatch) these dates are not binding on us as a third party provides the service. We cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen delays from the carriers end.
  4. We ship to most of the countries overseas. The shipping rates are dynamic. The more products you order the lower the shipping cost per product.
  5. For international shipments depending on the country of import, our carrier may need to get customs clearance for your goods before delivering them to you.  Any additional taxes, import duties, customs charges levied by the country of import will be borne by the customer.
  6. Once your order has been shipped you will receive the tracking and carrier details by e-mail. 

EXCHANGE POLICY

  1. Suja Silks does not entertain returns.
  2. All our products are quality checked and come in a tamper proof packaging. Please do not accept the delivery if you notice that the package is tampered or damaged. In such events we request you to take photos of the tampered/damaged area, do not sign acceptance of the package, and return the package back to the carrier. Should you accept such a package, it will be deemed that the product was received in a good condition.
  3. The right to accept returns is solely the decision of Suja Silks.
  4. In case of returns made by customers where there has been no fault on part of Suja Silks, the entire shipping cost must be borne with customers.
  5. The liability rests entirely on the sender in the event of the loss of product while shipping the product back.
  6. We cannot be responsible for items that we do not receive.
  7. In the event that an item is damaged during shipment, we cannot be responsible for the same.
  8. Suja Silks reserve the right to refuse an exchange request if it does not comply with these policies.

  12. All our products are pre-checked for quality and defects before they are shipped.
  13. Suja Silks does not have an exchange or return or refund policy.
  14. Once the products are shipped no returns will be accepted.
  15. If the product is disliked by the customer it is not eligible for return.
  16. The photos of all products are taken under natural/neutral lighting. We make the best effort  to deliver the exact  saree colour.
  17. Sometimes the colors may vary due to your monitor or device settings.
